About the Products
Every ingredient is at the dose used in published human trials to demonstrate the effect. If a study used 6g of citrulline to show improved blood flow, the product contains 6g. Not 3g. Not "close enough." The dose the research used.
Bioavailability is how much of an ingredient your body actually absorbs and uses. The same ingredient can come in multiple forms with different absorption rates. Anvil uses the form with the best published absorption data for each ingredient, not the cheapest form available.
A proprietary blend lists ingredients without showing individual doses. That means you have no way to verify whether any ingredient is at the dose the research used. Every Anvil product lists every ingredient at its exact dose per serving. You can check it against the studies yourself.
12 active ingredients plus a full electrolyte panel. L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 (9g, delivering 6g active citrulline), Beta Alanine (3.2g), Betaine Anhydrous (2.5g), PeakO2 mushroom blend (2g), N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (1g), L-Taurine (1g), Caffeine Anhydrous (250mg), L-Theanine (200mg), plus Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, and Chloride. Full breakdown on the product page.
Creatine monohydrate. 5g per serving. Other Ingredients: None. It's micronized for solubility. One ingredient at the clinical dose, nothing else.
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab for purity, potency, and contaminants. Results are available on our Research & Testing page. Both product labels have a QR code that links directly to the testing results and the published research behind each ingredient.
In a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility in the United States.
They work well together but neither requires the other. Creatine is a daily supplement, so take it every day regardless of whether you train. IGNITE is a pre-workout, so take it before training sessions. If you use both, you can take the creatine at any time since it works through daily saturation, not acute timing.
If your current creatine is creatine monohydrate at 5g per serving with no unnecessary fillers, it's doing the same thing. The difference is whether you trust what's on the label. Anvil's creatine is third-party tested and contains literally nothing else. Check the "Other Ingredients" on what you're currently taking.

About Anvil
Josh Holyfield. Health optimization coach, content creator, and founder of the Josh Holyfield ecosystem. He built Anvil because he wanted supplements he could actually stand behind when recommending them to his clients and community.
No. Anvil sells to anyone. You don't need to be in a community, coaching program, or anything else. The products stand on their own.
The free community is where Josh answers those questions daily. Join the community to get in the conversation.
Anvil is part of the Josh Holyfield health optimization ecosystem. Coaching clients often use Anvil products as part of their protocols, but Anvil is a standalone brand. You don't need coaching to buy or benefit from the products. If you're interested in coaching, learn more at joshholyfield.com.
